Copen Grand sells out in less than a month, scores a slew of firsts, and wins the Top EC award

Copen Grand The first executive condominium (EC) located in Tengah Town, was also the most popular EC in recent times. The project of 639 units was officially first launched in October 2022, and was all units sold within one month. The project was jointly created with City Developments and MCL Land, Copen Grand is located in the Tengah Garden District, which is known on the map as “the Forest Town”.

Pinetree Hill layout has a total suite area of 22,534.7 square metres (sq m) with a maximum Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 47,323 sq m.

It is located in the EC project is located within walking distance to the three MRT stations (Tengah, Tengah Plantation and Hong Kah) on the Jurong Region Line, which is scheduled to finish in stages between 2027 and 2029. Copen Grand is also near the in the future Tengah Integrated Transport Hub along with the Tengah Boulevard Bus Interchange.

Created developed by ADDP Architects, Copen Grand includes 12 blocks, ranging from to 12 floors. The blocks are north-south orientation that maximizes cross-ventilation. The project was the very first EC to be granted an Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification by the Building and Construction Authority.

The park will be equipped with 20 charging stations for vehicles that are electric. Renewable energy sources in the form of photovoltaic panels will harness solar power to provide certain energy sources utilized in the common areas and facilities.

Apartments range from two-bedroom-plus-study units of 807 sq ft to five-bedroom premium units of 1,561 sq ft, and come with smart-home features, catering to a broad spectrum of households.
